Purpose of Machine
This machine is designed, suitable for the production of square pads in 100mm x 100mm, 75mm x 75mm and 50mm x 60mm, etc. Cotton web is fed vertically.

Material

• 100% absorbent bleached cotton web: Hydro-entangled Cotton Nonwoven or Carded Cotton
• Width: 920mm wide at maximum without Heat-Sealer or 820mm wide with heat-Sealer
• Weight: 180 ~ 250g/sq.m
• Thickness: 4mm~5mm

Products

• Width of Pads can be adjusted by the location of longitudinal cutters.
• Length of Pads is available from 50 to 100mm depending on the quality of cotton web.
• The adjustment for the length of pads is made easily by the servo control.

Production Capacity

• 1,400 pads in 50mm x 60mm per minute at maximum for cotton web in 820mm wide
• 800 pads in 75mm x 75mm per minute at maximum for cotton web in 820mm wide

Counting Desk
The attached packing desk is moved to right and left side by air whenever the correct number of pads is reached so it enables the workers to separate the correct number of pads for packing.

HMI & Remote Controller
For the convenient operation, the machine operation is made by HMI(touch screen) and Remote Controller.

CE-Mark
The machine is “CE” certificated. All doors and covers are interlocked for the safety.
